
Job description
Join our Managed Services team as a proactive Analyst, supporting clients with service tickets, building stakeholder relationships, and working with modern automation and cloud technologies.
Manage service tickets, provide updates and resolutions to clients, build rapport with client stakeholders, and prepare reports on ticket volumes and resolution times.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, ability to manage multiple tickets and priorities, and hands-on experience with automation platforms such as UiPath and/or Microsoft Power Platform.
