Job Description
We are seeking dedicated and skilled Senior Service Desk Technicians to join our team. As a Service Desk Representative Sr, you will provide advanced technical support, troubleshoot moderately complex issues, and resolve password, access, and basic network connectivity problems. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
Requirements
- Associate degree in IT/Computer Science or equivalent experience.
- ~5+ years of Service Desk experience supporting remote enterprise users (insurance industry a plus).
- Solid background in desktop and end-user device support.
- Proficient in Windows OS, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Office 365, SharePoint.
- Comfortable with remote support tools (Bomgar, RDP), ticketing systems (ServiceNow), and basic networking (DNS, DHCP, VPN, MFA tools).
- Able to perform hardware diagnostics, peripheral setup, and software installation.
- Strong spoken and written English; can translate technical issues into user-friendly explanations.
- Skilled in documentation and knowledge article creation.
- Demonstrated teamwork, customer service orientation, and collaboration skills.
