Champion member outcomes at the highest level of Trustee oversight. Provide strategic insights and holistic reporting to RSEL Boards on service provider performance, risk exposure and operational effectiveness.
Requirements
- 15+ years' experience in superannuation, wealth or financial services, with deep expertise in products, administration and insurance
- Proven ability to operate at Board and executive level, with strong influencing and communication skills
- Strong commercial acumen with experience in service provider oversight and contract negotiation
- Deep understanding of the regulatory and fiduciary environment impacting Trustees
- Strategic thinker with the ability to connect data, operations and member outcomes
- Strong analytical capability, with confidence to challenge and provide independent judgement
- Experience leading in complex, highly regulated and evolving environments
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence without authority
- Leadership capability, including coaching, mentoring and building high-performing teams
- High levels of integrity, sound judgement and a strong commitment to member-first outcomes
