Job Description
The Talent Management Specialist is responsible for supporting the development and expansion of annual talent management initiatives, ensuring employees have access to effective feedback and performance management tools, and contributing to the alignment of individual performance with organizational goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in talent development, learning & development, or performance management.
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and performance management tools, preferably Workday.
- Comfortable with building company-wide and executive-facing materials, preferably with strong PowerPoint skills.
- Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to coordinate multiple initiatives.
