
Job description
Drive sales growth, market share, and profitability within an assigned geographic territory. Operate within established trend and budget guidelines set by the Regional Manager. Penetrate the regional market with a comprehensive and wide-ranging representation of the Milwaukee product portfolio and the company.
Identify and execute opportunities to convert sales from competitor brands to Milwaukee and other company brands. Provide support and sell to small accounts within traditional and hardware channels. Work with National Account Managers to provide support to national accounts within the territory.
Build value-added relationships with small accounts and branches within designated markets. Develop commercial solutions that meet customer needs. Investigate and develop relationships with professional users of tool systems.
