We're looking for a Litigation Paralegal to join our in-house Litigation team, working closely with experienced Paralegals and Litigation Team Lead. The role involves managing and monitoring litigation cases, investigating cases, and advising on recovery strategies to maximise repayment.
Requirements
- At least 1 year debt recovery or legal support experience in the commercial / business sector
- Proven experience of raising and managing money claims
- Experience in business and personal insolvency issues would be hugely beneficial
- Empathy, forbearance and professionalism
- Strong communication skills, confidence and diligence
- The ability to deal with a variety of challenges, innovate and think on your feet
