Legal Secretary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Legal Secretary to provide support to attorneys in our San Diego office. The successful candidate will have at least 5-7 years of experience as a California legal secretary in civil litigation and be familiar with California state and federal rules and procedures.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience as a California legal secretary in civil litigation
• Knowledge of office equipment, including telephones, copy/scan/fax equipment, and computers
• Excellent typing skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with excellent proofreading skills
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple deadlines and projects simultaneously
• Experience supporting up to 4 active attorneys at one time
