Job Description
We are seeking a Litigation Legal Secretary to work in our Silicon Valley, CA office. The role will involve providing administrative support to a team of attorneys, including preparing and revising correspondence, pleadings, and documents, and maintaining electronic case files.
Requirements
- 7+ years minimum legal experience
- Solid understanding of basic technical legal terminology
- Experience working in ECF and California state e-filing systems
- Proficiency in Windows environment including Word and Outlook
