Job Description
We are seeking a Litigation Legal Secretary for our Orange County, CA office to provide administrative support to our attorneys, including preparation of documents, maintenance of case files, and other legal tasks.
Requirements
- 5+ years minimum legal experience
- Solid understanding of basic technical legal terminology
- Experience working in ECF and California state e-filing systems
- Proficiency in Windows environment including Word and Outlook
- Familiarity with state and federal rules and procedures
- Experience supporting 4+ active attorneys at one time
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
