Job Description
Jackson Lewis P.C. is seeking a Senior Compensation Analyst to join its total rewards team. The role involves compensation benchmarking, annual compensation planning, and maintaining job descriptions and pricing benchmarks.
Requirements
- Conduct compensation benchmarking against survey data and other market intelligence
- Administer the annual compensation and bonus planning processes
- Provide guidance to Talent Acquisition, HR Partners and managers on all compensation-related matters
- Maintain tracking of job descriptions and pricing benchmarks
- Develop and document procedures to streamline processes and ensure regulatory compliance.
