The Manager will be responsible for building and managing teams, directing implementations, and promoting a collaborative work environment. They will also be responsible for ensuring overall budgets, schedules, and performance standards are attained for teams.

• Motivate and inspire teams to deliver high-quality services to clients
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong critical thinking and leadership skills
• Strong project management, interpersonal, negotiation, communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to represent Professional Services to external audiences
• Experience with waterfall project management
• Proficient in the use of PowerPoint, Project, Excel, and Word
• Required to travel domestically and internationally
