Job Description
We are looking for a Head chef / Kitchen manager to join our busy team at Ekke Nordic Kitchen in the City of London. The successful applicant will support the GM and Executive Head in the day-to-day running of the kitchen, including food production, stock, GP, and staff management.
Requirements
- Previous experience in high volume
- Experience in catering and production is an advantage
- Organized and calm under pressure
- Reporting to the GM and Executive Head on a daily basis
- Ordering and stock rotation
- BOH paper work and stock takes
- Keeping on top of bookings and events
- Health & safety procedures
- Staff management
