Assistant Chief Engineer

As an Assistant Chief Engineer on Swing Shift (M-F, 2:00PM-10:30PM), your role is to oversee and lead a team of engineers responsible for planning, maintaining, repairing facilities equipment and services and implementing technical solutions to support the smooth running of the facility.

Requirements

• 7+ years facility related work experience, including building engineering, customer service, leadership.
• Managerial experience (overseeing team of building engineers).
• Comprehensive knowledge of maintenance processes.
• Understands aspects of construction planning and execution.
• Exposure to HVAC, fluid handling/pumping, fluid filtering, mechanical systems, welding, and electrical systems engineering and operation.
• Working knowledge of computer applications including Microsoft Office and CMMS systems.
• Demonstrated verbal/written communication skills.
• Proven record of excellent internal and external customer service.
