This role places you at the center of high-impact technical problem solving for enterprise-grade software used by global organizations. You will support complex customer environments running in cloud and on-premise infrastructures, helping diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve deep technical issues.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues by reproducing customer environments and analyzing system behavior across cloud and on-premise deployments. Perform deep-dive root cause analysis and contribute to long-term fixes in collaboration with engineering teams.
