Job Description
The Indirect Compensation Assistant plays a key role in enhancing the health, wellbeing, and overall experience of Johnsonville members by managing various programs, ensuring compliance, and administering leave and benefits processes.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of HR or related experience required
- Proven ability to maintain confidentiality
- SAP or other ERP experience preferred
- Must be experienced in Microsoft Word and Excel
