
Job description
The HR Manager provides guidance and support to a designated business unit to execute HR strategies and enable the accomplishment of business objectives. Utilizes knowledge of various human resources functions to provide tactical support to managers as well as provides assistance to employees when questions or issues arise.
Align HR strategies with business goals, review and update HR policies, collaborate with leadership to develop talent, plan and monitor HR activities, communicate HR initiatives, and conduct workplace investigations.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a strong work ethic, and a thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.
