We are seeking an experienced and proactive Human Resources Manager to lead and oversee our HR function. This role is responsible for driving effective people practices across the organization, including employee relations, performance management, compliance, and talent processes.
The HR Manager will partner closely with leadership and supervise an HR Coordinator, ensuring that HR operations are consistent, compliant, and aligned with organizational goals. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who can balance strategic thinking with day-to-day execution.
This role is ideal for someone with 3+ years of progressive HR experience, including leadership or supervisory responsibilities, and strong knowledge of employment law, employee relations, and HR best practices.
