Kognitos is seeking an experienced Enterprise Account Executive to help financial services organizations adopt next-generation AI automation.

Requirements

• 5+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience
• Experience selling into financial services organizations including banking, fintech, insurance, or investment firms
• Background selling AI, automation, workflow, infrastructure, data, or enterprise platform solutions
• Proven track record closing complex enterprise deals
• Strong consultative and executive communication skills
• Ability to translate technical capabilities into measurable business outcomes
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced startup environment
