We’re looking for a Head of Sales ANZ to join our Sales Finance team. This critical leadership role combines relationship management, commercial acumen, and frontline execution to drive growth, customer acquisition, and commercial performance for Harvey Norman.
Requirements
- 10+ years’ experience in partnerships, B2B sales, or commercial roles within financial services, fintech, retail, or payments.
- 5+ years of experience leading field sales teams across multiple territories and partners.
- Proven track record of delivering revenue, acquisition, and activation targets in a partner-led channel.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Commercial acumen in forecasting, portfolio planning, promotion ROI, and resource allocation.
- Practical understanding of compliant sales conversations for consumer finance and disclosure standards.
