Learning Designer

Role Overview

We're seeking a Learning Designer who combines instructional design expertise with a passion for creating experiences that drive real change. You'll partner with federal agencies on high-stakes challenges—from organizational onboarding to international development—directly impacting how thousands of learners worldwide discover their potential.

What You Will Do

Partner with teams and stakeholders to design learning solutions that create lasting behavioral change and organizational impact. Conduct needs assessments, design and evaluate experiences grounded in learning sciences, and create accessible resources across modalities.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of instructional design experience creating learning solutions that demonstrate measurable impact
• Bachelor's degree in adult education, educational technology, instructional design, learning sciences, or related field
• Commitment to professional development (working toward or holding APTD, CPTD, or CAPM certification)
• Exceptional communication skills—translating complex concepts clearly across technical and non-technical audiences
• Deep understanding of instructional design, learning theories, and evidence-based practice
• Ability to manage multiple projects in fast-paced, collaborative environments
• Detail-oriented with commitment to quality—you measure success by learner outcomes, not just deliverables
• Track record of delivering excellent client service and building trusted partnerships
• Sound judgment in handling confidential and sensitive information
