Benefits Experience Specialist

As a Benefits Experience Specialist, you will ensure US benefits programs are competitive, compliant, and well-understood, and support annual open enrollment activities. You will partner with vendors and internal stakeholders to drive continuous improvement of the employee experience.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in US benefits administration/benefits operations or total rewards (benefits-focused)
• Working knowledge of HRIS and benefits platforms; experience with Workday required
• Strong understanding of benefit plan fundamentals (eligibility, enrollments, deductions, claims, and vendor file processes)
• Experience partnering cross-functionally with Payroll, HR, Finance, and external brokers/carriers to deliver a high-quality employee experience
• Strong attention to detail and comfort working with confidential information, audits/reconciliations, and process documentation
• Knowledge of US benefits regulations and compliance requirements (e.g., ERISA, ACA, COBRA, HIPAA) is preferred; exposure to benefits practices in other countries/regions is a plus
