Customer Support Analyst, Philippines

Loadsmart is a growth-stage technology company seeking a Customer Support Analyst to join its globally distributed remote team. The successful candidate will provide timely and effective responses to customer inquiries and issues, and will be responsible for level 1 support, process improvement, and escalation workflows.

Requirements

• 2+ years of Experience in Customer Support for SaaS companies
• 2+ years of experience in Logistics, TMS or similar
• Advanced written and spoken English communication skills
• Experience using ticketing systems (Zendesk preferred)
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
