Job Description
Deputy Regional Manager (Sales) for M-KOPA in Pretoria, leading a team of Field Sales Managers and Sales Executives to drive sales performance, customer onboarding, and quality activations. Must have experience in field sales leadership, performance frameworks, sales commission structures, and data-driven insights.
Requirements
- Demonstrable experience leading field sales teams in electronic devices, FMCG, financial services, or a comparable route-to-market environment
- Proven ability to define performance frameworks, implement sales commission structures, and use data and reporting to drive consistent target achievement across a dispersed sales force
- Track record of training and developing sales teams across methodology, prospecting, territory management, and customer onboarding
