Job Description
We are looking for a Regional Sales Training Lead - Benin to join our Sales team at M-KOPA as we scale up and drive digital and financial inclusion across our markets. The role involves owning the sales performance of a field-based team of Direct Sales Representatives (DSRs) and building the local infrastructure that connects M-KOPA's products to the communities that need them most.
Requirements
- Demonstrable experience in sales within FinTech, Microfinance, Telecommunications, FMCG, or a related sector with a track record of personally hitting and helping others hit commercial targets.
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a field-based sales team in a target-driven environment.
- Strong grasp of local market dynamics in Ogun or Southwest Nigeria, with the relationship-building skills to open doors and the commercial instincts to convert them.
