As a Customer Success Analyst, you will be responsible for handling 'At Risk' customers, updating customer health information, creating renewal offers, and reporting accurate forecasts. You will work in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with internal departments and management to achieve results.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include negotiating contract terms, maintaining account information in CRM, referring potential opportunities to the Sales team, and sharing customer feedback with internal departments.
To succeed in this role, you should demonstrate drive, discipline, customer focus, integrity, mental agility, and detail-orientation. You will work in a highly autonomous role, requiring strong organizational skills and the ability to work cross-functionally with other departments.
