Make-A-Wish Canada is seeking a Donor Care Representative, Office Administration to join their team in Edmonton. The successful candidate will provide exceptional customer service, manage office needs, and support the entry of constituent and donor data into CRM systems.
Requirements
- Relevant post-secondary education or equivalent combination of training, education and work experience.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a data entry environment.
- 1-2 years of customer service experience.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with strong ability to plan, prioritize and multi-task to adhere to deadlines.
- Exceptional customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage large volumes of data entry on an ongoing basis.
- Ability to handle highly confidential and sensitive information.
- Strong experience working with Microsoft Office applications required, especially Excel and Word.
