Requirements
- Proven track record in coaching GAMs, building team capabilities, and driving consistent high performance in a leadership capacity.
- Deep understanding of multi-country enterprise sales cycles, global procurement processes, and complex renewal structures.
- Mastery of forecasting accuracy, sales governance, and process consistency within a CRM (Salesforce).
- Ability to provide strategic guidance on global opportunities and influence C-level stakeholders both internally and externally.
- Experience aligning with Marketing, Product, and Finance to accelerate deals and resolve roadblocks.
- Full professional fluency in English and German.
- Willingness to travel for key client meetings and international events.
