A fast-growing AI security startup is hiring its first Customer Engineer to own technical customer issues end-to-end during enterprise POCs. This is a high-impact, founding-style role for someone who is both a strong hands-on engineer and comfortable working directly with security teams at large enterprise customers.
Join active enterprise POC calls alongside the AE and founders, own customer-reported bugs and technical issues, debug across customer environments, reproduce issues, and ship fixes directly.
Strong software engineering background, actively writing and shipping code, ability to read, debug, and reason across multiple languages and codebases, experience with Python, TypeScript, SQL, CI/CD, GitHub/GitLab, or similar tools.
