
Job description
The 4th Class Engineer will operate the engineering systems in a safe and efficient manner and in compliance with applicable Acts, Codes, Regulations and Standards. The incumbent will work in the Central Utilities Plant (CUP) and be responsible for the efficient operation of the plant.
The incumbent will support the development of SOPs, maintain and monitor steam generating requirements, complete routine plant inspections, and interface with contractual and inspection departments.
The ideal candidate will have a valid certificate of qualification as a 3rd Class Operating (Stationary) Engineer, or be progressing toward obtaining the 3rd Class certificate within 2 years, and have relevant maintenance experience.
