
Job description
The Power Engineer will work in a 12-hour rotating shift pattern structure, contributing to a healthy work environment and maintaining high food safety standards. The role involves maintaining and monitoring steam generating requirements, refrigeration equipment, and participating in plant equipment repairs/installations.
The Power Engineer will carry out oral and printed work requests, apply corrective measures, and maintain productivity that meets/exceeds standards. They will also contribute to the team and the whole facility in a positive way.
The ideal candidate will have a 3rd Class Stationary Engineer certificate, a Refrigeration Operator Class B License or higher, and experience working with ammonia cooling and compressed air systems. They will be self-directed, motivated, and able to work shifts on 24 hours/ 7-day week.
