Requirements

• Conduct and coordinate potential resident assessments
• Draft initial service plans for new residents
• Conduct routinely scheduled re-assessments and change of condition assessments
• Recruit, interview, hire, manage, schedule, motivate, coach, train, evaluate, and supervise department staff
• Maintain a safe and secure environment for all staff, residents, and guests
