Job Description
Expanding company in Croydon's Restaurant District seeks dynamic Head Chef to head up the kitchen in an award-winning venue.
Requirements
- At least 2 years experience as a head chef in a similar busy brunch environment
- Experience running large 7 day a week sites
- Commercially aware with a good understanding of GPs, stock and staffing control
- Great customer service skills
- Able to lead your own team of staff at all levels
