Job Description
Award-winning local pub restaurant in Dorset seeks an experienced Head Chef from a 1/2 rosette background to join its team. The role offers a calm kitchen with a focus on delivering exceptional food, using local and home-grown produce, and creating a menu that changes with the seasons.
Requirements
- At least 2 years' experience as Head Chef with a rosette background
- Experience in a busy high-end quality brasserie style dining environment
- Ability to create dishes from fresh ingredients
- Natural leadership and motivational skills
- Ability to nurture and develop the skills of a team
