Job Description
Montage International is seeking a passionate and experienced Sous Chef to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of one year of culinary supervisory or management experience and excellent verbal and written communication skills. Responsibilities include assisting with daily kitchen operations, implementing cost control measures, and overseeing menu development.
Requirements

- Microsoft Office products; Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Embrace Technology – continually learn, adapt and master to new operating system
- Knowledge of implementing new food concepts and menus
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
