We're looking for a driven Training & Development Manager to join our Human Resources team, where you'll play a central role in shaping how our people grow, perform, and lead.
Requirements
- Design and deliver training programs that make a real impact
- Assess learning needs across the organization
- Collaborate with organizational leadership to conduct an annual training and development needs assessment
- Select and apply effective instructional methods
- Partner with department leaders and training staff to select or develop effective training materials
- Train, coach, and support leaders and subject matter experts involved in delivering training
- Continuously assess and enhance employee orientation programs
- Collaborate with clinical leadership to design and maintain clinical competency model and evaluation process
- Oversee the Learning Management System (LMS)
- Manage the full coordination of training logistics
- Establish regular check-ins with department leaders to evaluate satisfaction with training services
- Assess training effectiveness and instructor performance
- Develop and manage the annual training and development budget
- Manage performance of the team
- Ensure accountability of team
- Consult with Human Resources to support employee relations, performance achievement, training, employee engagement, etc.
- Hold consistent and timely team meetings
- Manage time off requests and approve timecards for direct reports or as delegated
- Monitor to ensure staff takes required breaks and lunches
