Job Description
At Mother’s Market, Kitchen Preps prepare fresh, delicious meals by chopping vegetables, fruits, and assembling entrees.
Requirements
- Prepare recipes according to the Daily Prep List each shift
- Ensure freshness and quality of all prepared foods
- Properly store and rotate leftover food to prevent spoilage
- Follow Mother’s Market safety and sanitation guidelines
- Keep work areas clean and compliant with Health Department regulations
- Provide friendly, helpful customer service
