Job Description
Motive is seeking a driven Account Executive to expand their sales organization in Mexico. This role involves full sales cycle ownership, building customer relationships, and delivering measurable impact to customers' operations through industry leading AI and a global platform. It requires a high-performing sales professional comfortable in fast-paced environments.
Requirements
- Experience in full-cycle B2B sales or strong SDR experience.
- Proven ability to manage a high-velocity pipeline and consistently exceed quota.
- Experience running 1–2 month sales cycles with deal values typically in the mid-five-figure USD range.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Comfort working in fast-paced, high-growth settings.
