Strategic Account Executive, Mexico

Motive is searching for an Account Executive to build the sales organization in Mexico. As a member of the founding team, you will lead the charge, seizing the opportunity created by our strong product positioning and selling the value of the business outcomes that can be achieved in partnership with Motive.

Requirements

• 4+ years of demonstrated success in full-cycle direct sales experience in B2B environments
• Experience in developing strong relationships across functions and ability to influence key decision makers
• Ability to work 3 to 6-month sales cycles with an annual revenue per deal in the six-figure range
• Understanding of technical tools: Salesforce, Salesloft, Gong, Slack, and other enterprise software tools
