Sous Chef at Naked Farmer, a pioneering farm-to-table restaurant group with multiple locations across Florida. As a Sous Chef, you will be instrumental in helping our Restaurant Leaders to foster culinary and hospitality excellence within our scratch-based kitchen.

Requirements

• At least one year of leadership experience in a high-volume kitchen.
• Two or more years of experience cooking in a high-volume kitchen environment.
• Strong culinary abilities, while remaining open to learning and coaching.
