Requirements

• Act as a contact person for basic technical and conceptual pre-sales support
• Ensure technical support for customers and main partners
• Expand existing accounts or develop new accounts as part of a pre-sales team
• Answer RFI's and RFP's
• Prepare training updates, seminars, and workshops for partners and potential customers
• The position includes project management and reporting
• Presentation of products and solutions
• Regular participation in IT security and marketing events and trade shows
