Director, Product Manager, AI

We are looking for a Director of AI Product Management to define and drive the vision for our next generation of AI-native solutions. The role involves owning the AI product strategy across NiCE's CX platform, leading the product management aspect, and working hand-in-hand with engineering, data science, design, and go-to-market functions.

Requirements

• 8+ years of product management experience, with a track record of delivering enterprise-grade AI, cloud, or data-driven solutions
• 3+ years in a product leadership role, managing and developing PM teams
• Deep understanding of AI/ML concepts — including model behavior, evaluation, deployment, and lifecycle management — with the ability to translate technical complexity into clear product decisions
• Demonstrated ability to define and execute on long-horizon AI product strategy while maintaining velocity at the team level
• Proven success influencing across organizational boundaries — from engineering and data science to C-suite and enterprise customers
• Strong commercial instincts: ability to connect AI capabilities to business outcomes, pricing strategy, and competitive positioning
• Exceptional communication and storytelling skills — able to inspire internally and represent NiCE's AI vision externally
• Experience managing multiple concurrent workstreams across global, cross-functional teams
• Willingness to travel globally
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field; advanced degree is an advantage
