Partner Operations Manager

The Partner Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the operational infrastructure that supports the partner ecosystem, with a focus on process management, reporting, analytics, and system enablement. The role manages the day-to-day administration, configuration, and support of the Partner Relationship Management (PRM) platform, ensuring partners and internal teams have a seamless, efficient, and reliable experience with partner systems and processes.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in partner operations, sales operations, business operations, or systems administration
• Experience administering CRM/PRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, partner portals, or equivalent tools)
• Strong analytical skills with experience building and maintaining reports, dashboards, and operational metrics
• Familiarity with process workflow design and operational documentation
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across cross functional teams
• Ability to troubleshoot system issues and translate operational requirements into system configurations or enhancements
• Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail
