Job Description
Nitto EMEA is hiring a Compensation & Benefits Manager for the EMEA region. The role involves developing and managing reward and benefits programs, ensuring consistent policy implementation and compliance. The position is based in Genk, Belgium and reports to the EMEA HR Director.
Requirements
- Bachelor or Master Degree in HR, Economics, Law or a related field
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits in an international context
- Strong knowledge of reward structures, benefits, and relevant legislation
- Experience with HR systems (SuccessFactors is a plus)
- Analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and ability to manage complex projects
- Fluent in English; additional European languages are an advantage
