Compensation & Benefits Manager EMEA

Nitto EMEA is hiring a Compensation & Benefits Manager for the EMEA region. The role involves developing, harmonizing, and managing reward and benefits programs across a dynamic international environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor or Master Degree in HR, Economics, Law or a related field
• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits in an international context
• Strong knowledge of reward structures, benefits, and relevant legislation
• Experience with HR systems (SuccessFactors is a plus)
• Analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and ability to manage complex projects
• Fluent in English; additional European languages are an advantage
