The Sales Development Representative is a lead generating position that plays a vital role to the overall sales process. The role involves daily outreach via phone calls &/or email sequence to list of prospective customers, reviewing, contacting, and qualifying each prospect for handoff to the sales team.

Strong communication skills, basic knowledge of sales theories and techniques, ability to deal tactfully and courteously with clients, and resilience to standard Telemarketing challenges and the ability to overcome objections.
