Requirements
- Proven experience in a Sales Manager or Sales Team Lead role within enterprise SaaS, legal tech, or professional services software.
- Strong track record of leading and developing sales teams that win complex, multi-stakeholder deals.
- Direct experience selling solutions to law firms.
- Ability to nurture relationships at senior levels (Partners, COOs, CFOs, CIOs).
- Highly consultative sales approach with strong discovery and commercial acumen.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and executive presence.
- Strong organisation, initiative, and a proactive, high-energy leadership style.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and within a global team.
