Job Description
Join our team as a Chef de Partie at a vibrant Italian restaurant in Toronto, where you'll deliver consistency, efficiency, and precision on the line, and contribute to creating memorable guest experiences.
Requirements
- 3+ years cooking experience in a fast-paced restaurant - ideally Italian cooking and experience with pasta and pizza.
- Culinary diploma/degree is an asset
- Passionate about the craft of cooking, especially pizza and pasta
- An understanding of professional cooking and knife handling skills
- Ability to take direction and work calmly and effectively under pressure
- Able to spend 100% of the time standing
- Valid Food Handlers certificate, preferred
- Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Legally eligible to work in Canada
