Job Description
OPO Health is seeking a Medical Social Worker to implement standards of care for medical social work services. The role involves assessing patients' psychosocial status, planning interventions, maintaining clinical records, and fostering relationships with healthcare systems and community organizations. The position focuses on improving lives by bringing quality healthcare into the homes of those in need.
Requirements
- Graduate of a bachelor's program in Social Work accredited by the Council on Social Work Education.
- Licensed as a Clinical Social Worker by the Board of Behavioral Sciences.
- Minimum of one year experience in health care.
- Experience in Home Health care required.
- Demonstrate good verbal and written communication, and organization skills.
- Must be a licensed driver with an automobile that is insured in accordance with state/or organization requirements and is in good working order.
- CPR certification
