Origina is seeking a Service Delivery Specialist to join their team. The role involves performing time-sensitive activities to ensure software products are suitable for Origina support and relevant assets are captured by customers during onboarding. The successful candidate will have excellent organization and time management skills, with a thirst for knowledge and the ability to learn technical concepts quickly.

- Understanding of standard IT terminology and concepts
- Basic knowledge of IBM/HCL products and licensing preferred
