We are looking for an experienced People Experience Manager to lead the development and delivery of a high-quality employee experience across Our Future Health on a maternity cover basis. The role will play a key part in ensuring our people feel connected, supported, recognised and empowered to thrive at every stage of their journey with us.
Requirements
- Design and implement a people experience strategy aligned with organisational values and culture
- Lead employee listening activity, including surveys, pulse checks and feedback analysis, ensuring insights are translated into meaningful action
- Enhance onboarding and offboarding experiences to ensure they are inclusive, consistent and aligned with our employer brand
- Develop and embed initiatives that promote belonging, inclusion, recognition and connection across the organisation
- Define and track key experience metrics, developing dashboards to monitor impact and progress
- Identify and implement tools and systems that improve engagement, feedback and recognition
- Support culture and engagement initiatives across the year, including key moments and campaigns
- Develop toolkits, guidance and resources to support managers in delivering great people experiences
- Lead, coach and develop a team of three, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment
- Represent People Experience in cross-organisational projects where required
